There are many ways to activate the third eye chakra with third eye mudra practice. It is obvously not possible in one sitting to go over all of the mudras but I am able to explain some concepts related to this. At the outset it is crucial to dispel many myths concerning the third eye awakening. This is a metaphor for a state of mind where everything is more clear and vivid. When the third eye opens, we are able to see the forect for the trees and see everything in our lives just as clearly as a quartz crystal. I do have a background in gemstone/crystal energy work and the clear quartz is connected with the third eye chakra. There are other stones that can balance out all of the chakras.
